Job description
As a Junior Full Stack Web Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers, designers, and product managers to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will have the opportunity to work on both the front-end user experience and the back-end infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience across the entire development lifecycle.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and learn best practices.
• Help optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you don't need to know everything perfectly, but you do need a solid foundation and a strong willingness to learn.
Technical Skills:
• Front-End: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (such as React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Back-End: Basic knowledge of server-side programming languages (such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java) and web frameworks (like Express, Django, or Spring Boot).
• Databases: Understanding of relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Version Control: Experience using Git and GitHub/GitLab for source code management.
• APIs: Basic understanding of how to build and consume RESTful APIs.
Experience & Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent experience from a coding bootcamp or self-taught portfolio.
• 0-2 years of professional experience, or strong personal/academic projects demonstrating your full-stack capabilities.
